Vitamin C

Sarah has shown less interest in the orange-flavor cod liver oil. Wanting to further boost up her immune system, we’ve bought her this Vitamin C tablet for the first time.

Of course, we do not solely rely on these supplements as we still encourage Sarah to eat balance diet.

Anyway, Sarah loves the vitamin so much; she will read out loud the alphabet engraved on the tablet…such a fun way to reinforce her A-B-C.

Let her get used to take the vitamins. Like my daughter she will take her own vitamin c, spirulina without me reminding her.

Both my kids ate vitamins too but I really do not know if they do help to boast their immune system or not.

Most kids love these vitamins cos they are similar to candies but not my Chloe. She didn't like it at all. I just threw away one whole bottle of this same Appeton Vit C *so sayang* cos it has been kept too long until the tablets became discoloured already :(

I think the most interesting this that attract kids eating the vitamins is, the ALPHABET.

HweiLi:
Yoo...really "sayang" wor. The vitamins already discoloured. I guess it is already expired.
If I am not wrong, Chloe also doesn't like fast food right? Actually she is a very good girl. Seems like she dislike all the unhealthy food and snack. Therefore she thought that Vitamins are candies which is not healthy and not nice too:-)

Kylie:
yeah, thats what I think too.

Hui Li:
Haha...good point. Sometimes I also do not know how much the health supplement helps in boosting up the immune system. For me, I think the best thing is to get vitamins from vege, fruits and meat. But as Sarah grows older, she seems like more picky in terms of food...

Rose:
Your dotter is very good girl. She loves vitamins. Good for her.
At this moment, I gotto ctrl Sarah's intake of the vitamins, or else she will eats it just like sweets.

Sha:
Is it? Tina doesn't like it. Did you try other brand?
I did not know that it taste sour. Let me try it tomoro.

You may give a try on the vitamins. I have tried it myself, I like it too. Orange flavour and little sourish with it. I think kids love it.
Yes, its an interesting way to teach kids about alphabets with consuming vitamins, hehe.
