Hand Printing
All these while, I was hesitated to start hand printing with Sarah because I know it will be a great mess when we both paint our hands with Watercolor. Then again, I do not want her to miss the fun; therefore I’ve decided to let her have a go.

Sarah was so glad with the idea. She told me that Barney and friends also done the hand prints before (yes, she’s still a loyal Barney fans).

Name Spelling
I first started writing Sarah’s name on a piece of paper and showed to her; we go through the same patterns from time to time to let her familiarize with it. After few practices, she was now able to point out her name when I wrote it together with daddy’s name and mine. Well done.

She also makes us proud by spelled out “S-A-R-A-H” all by herself.

Hehe...no lah, I am a lazy mommy too.
You know, I just stand by a bucket of water next to the table, then everytime just ask her to wash her hands there. And once she finished all her art work, then only wash for a thorough one:-)

Jaanvi:
Thanks dear!
Give it a try, I am sure your son loves it.

Very nice masterpiece. Keep it up Joanne.

Hm..I always like either finger print or hand print artwork with children cos those little fingers and hands print are really really cute especially when parked near ours (parents giant hand print) heheheheh... but I think most important is these type of artwork can be kept for good memories cos later they will grow up and no more small tiny little hands.
