Gross Motor Development

I can pedal
Finally Sarah knows how to pedal her tricycle.

For the past 11 months, her legs were not strong enough or coordinated well to actually pedal it; therefore, she only use her feet to scoot around.

But now, she could pedal the trike forward and backward and she has quite a skill in maneuver the steering. Way to go, Sarah!




I can hop
One of thing most kids like to do is “jumping”, Sarah enjoys doing it all the time. And recently she has learnt how to hop (one-leg hop).

Wow, she can hop with one leg, so geng! Yan Yan also can not do that leh! Sarah has done a good job :P

She is indeed growing very well and now learned how to ride a tricycle, clever girl!!! :)

Well Done Sarah! Her gross motor skills are way in front of Gwen. Gwen still can't pedal or hop using one leg.

With my heavy weight and compared to her weight, I think she will hop with more fun!:-)
I have no idea how she managed to do that. I never teach her..
