Cranberry Beans and Carrot Porridge

Sarah is currently teething and I noticed her appetite has dropped slightly; therefore I’ve cooked a meal which not so complicated for her, and hopefully she will like it.

This is the first time I added some pork ribs into the porridge. It turned out very well and tasty too. But my little girl just ate about 10 spoons of it and she doesn’t want it anymore.

The cranberry beans can use to boil with soup by adding some pork ribs. It tasted very sweet, my mom used to cook that for us.

I have heard many mommies using cranberry beans to boil soup, but I never try. Should try it next time.

Thanks for your concern!

HN:
Ya, I think with her current teething problem, 10 spoons is good enuf.
Anyway, thanks for your concern.

Wenn:
Sarah used to eat quite a lot of the food I cooked, but maybe teething that makes her uneasy.

never tried cranberry bean before..wonder how it taste like?

its a trying time for mommy, but think 10 spoonfuls should be more than enough to fill her now..maybe just increase her milk intake to substitute the decline in solids.

Mery:
Yes, I guess she feels uneasy with the pain on her gums. I have added some bovril, but she still ate few spoons.

Michelle:
It taste sweet with porridge. For me, I am not a big fans of beans because I do not like its texture.
You may give a try. Some mommies said it taste good with soup.
I am thankful that although Sarah is currently has low appetite with solid food, but she still drinks a lot of milk.
Anyway, thanks for your concern.
