Fish and Mushroom Porridge

I always wonder if mushroom can be used as the ingredient for porridge. I think I have to try it out to know the answer. Therefore, I have bought the Swiss Brown Mushroom for the experiment.

I have cut the mushroom into small pieces and also added in some fish into the porridge.

I was really anxious and keeping my fingers crossed for the result.

OUTCOME:

The mushroom made the whole porridge taste so good and sweet. I just can’t believe that Sarah has finished the big bowl of it and even asked for more…
I think this “experiment” really yielding fruitful result.

Rachel - I am not too sure whether is mushroom suitable for Philip. But I read from some article, some bb will have allergy with it. so maybe is advisable to wait until Philip is one year old.

Mommy Gwen - I wonder how do the salesperson cooked the mushroom at Jusco? I wanna learn too..
Have a try and hope Gwen will like it.

Esmeralda - So ngam, you also use mushroom to cook porridge ytday. May I know which type of mushroom u used?

I love mushroom in the porridge, so sweet!! Ever tried raw mushroom in salad? It tastes great especially with vietnamese/thai style dressing.

Is it safe to give mushroom to baby below 1 year? I was so tempted to try everytime I see the mushrooms on the cold storage shelf.
