Baby Biscuit...or not

I always heard from my forum friends said about baby biscuit or baby bites. So I thought to buy one and let Sarah try.

When I was in the mini market, I saw this "Hello Panda" biscuit on the rack. From the cute and attractive colour packaging, I really thought it is a baby biscuit. In order to confirm that, I read the detail carefully but seems like it does not indicate anything about baby biscuit. But I still bought it home, because it really attracts my attention.

When reached home, I was so excited to open it, just to confirm whether is this really suits Sarah to eat? Once open, chehhhhh...seems it is not a baby biscuit. It is more for kids to eat, coz the biscuit has a very hard texture. It is definitely not suitable for Sarah now.

So I just cruch the biscuit and feed Sarah. But it is not going to be a daily snack, because it is very heaty for a baby.

Joanne, this is not baby biscuits la...hehe..U can try Rusks and u can find baby biscuits at Jusco's Japanese food section. Normally, I buy rice crackers type or biscuits. U can see there are baby pics on the packaging eventhough we can't read Japanese.

My auntie bought a big box of "Hello Panda" for Xixi too.. It taste sweet right? I just hide the biscuits away from Xixi's sight!

I think this is not so suitable for infants yet! But if you feed Sarah any bb biscuits, don't forget to feed her more water. Biscuits very very heaty.

I didn't even notice this kind of biscuit. May be here there's none of this. But what do you mean by heaty for baby? Care to share what actually the content that can you see in the biscuit?

That's definitely not baby biscuit. :) You can give her rusk or Baby Bytes. At Sarah's age now, you can also give her Mary biscuit or cheese stick. That will keep her occupied for sometime. :P

yea.. dont think that's baby biscuit too.. guess u can also try Rusk frm Nestle.. chloe likes it so much... coz it will melt immediately in the mouth so no choking worries.. besides, u can mix milk with the rusk if sarah dont like it.. no wastage ya ;)

Hahaha ... I saw this biscuits too and very tempted to buy and at last, I did buy one back home ... but it's for mommy and not for Angel, kekeke ..... Cos I saw the filling is too sweet for babies. There are so many baby biscuits in the market and you won't miss that, maybe the store you went just don't have much choice ;) Try Jusco and Cold Storage, I alwasy go there for baby biscuits.

Caroline - hehe, so you were the one who ended up eating all the biscuit.
- Yes, the filling is too sweet fot bb.
- Yalor, the one that I went to have limited choice, end up bought a wrong type of biscuit. Ok, the next time I go to these two places, will surely grab some bb biscuit home. Thanks!

Anges - Hai welcome to my blog and thanks for leaving comment. Mind if I add your blog into my blog list?
- I did not know Nestle has rusk too..Ok, will try for Sarah. But for her, she doesnt like rusk with milk. She even dont like the plain rush taste, so in order not to waste it, normally what I do is, mixed it with other vege puree. Just to get rid of the taste.

Julie - Hai welcome to my blog and thanks for leaving comment. Mind if I add your blog into my blog list?
- Actually I did intro cheese to her lately. She likes it too.
So thought to buy some bb bites, but end up, wrong biscuit!!
Is Mary Biscuit will be too hard for her to bite?
Thanks for your suggestions anyway.

Sha - Ooo..maybe as you said, Hello Panda is not available at Trg.
- What i meant too heaty for bb is, when bb eaten too much of the biscuit, will easily get sorethroat and etc..So, is advisable to let them drink plenty of water.
- Eee...I have throw away the box, so sorry tat cant let you know the content details.

Serene - wowww! One big box ya? Then I am sure Xixi will like it. Luckily you hide it from her. Yes, the filling is abit sweet.
- Ya, I will feed her plenty of water after eating the biscuit. Thanks ya!

Vivi - I did not eat the biscuit leh, I just love the packaging. Coz the biscuit got some milky taste, and I dont like it.

Mommy Gwen - Thanks for your suggestions. Rice crackers is good. I think I will get it the next time. So I just look for those package got printed baby pic. Then it should be the right one?
