New on the menu - Tofu and Dried Scallop Porridge

I think is time for me to introduce another protein food (other than fish) to Sarah.

Tomorrow I will be cooking tofu and dried scallop porridge. Those pre-packed "box tofu" is the main ingredient. I steam it for about 10 minutes, then use a fork to mashed it. Atter that, just toss the mashed tofu together with some dried scallop into the porridge. Maybe I will add a little touch of marmite when served.

hi Gladys...
The main reason I add dried scallop, coz I have no other vege in my fridge, to add in the porridge.
You may consider to add, like carrot, sweet potato and etc..
Anyway, as for Tofu porridge, my experience was, you cant cook it for too long, or else it will turn hard..Anyway, luckily Sarah still eats it. And she loves it too, coz she can chew it. Hehe
Happy cooking..
